    • Social Assistance: +19,000 jobs, including growth in individual and family services.

  • Job Losses: Retail trade shed 28,000 jobs, marking a continued shift away from traditional retail roles.

  • Wages and Hours: Average hourly earnings rose by 0.4% in November and by 4.0% over the past year, signaling ongoing wage growth. The average workweek also increased slightly to 34.3 hour.
